The walks are through a well-defined circuit, between 1,900 and 2,000 meters above sea level.


Wear comfortable shoes and sunscreen.


It is recommended for people between 10 and 70 years old.


The trails are very easy, safe and allow walking in columns of up to 2 rows. Ideal 5 to 6 people per guide. In the catwalks, maximum of 3 groups in parallel.


The archaeological site of "El Fuerte" is located composed of two sectors: the Ceremonial Center and the Administrative Policy, the first is formed by a huge monolithic rock of red sandstone composition of 220 m. long by 65 m wide, entirely sculpted with a variety of representation of animals, geometric shapes, niches, channels, vessels of great religious significance and executed by skilled craftsmen, sculptors, of great mastery and mastery of stone material.

This monument constitutes one of the most colossal pre-Columbian ceremonial works of the Amazonian and Andean world, testimony of the hydraulic use of cult to deities and beings of the nature represented in animals that were consecrated in purification and fertility rites.
